The Problem
Training housewives on converting their passion or talent into home based income source. This project intended to introduce technology, packaging and marketing to housewives to explore their existing talent to generate income. The project is not focusing on existing businesswoman. It is purely focused on individuals who do not have any business but have talent or product that are ready for sale. The objective of this project is to empower women through home based income generation without disturbing their present ecosystem and family harmony. A complete cycle of this project has been carried out between June 2013 - May 2015. We have generated the facilitators and training modules and validated it through intervention programs. Now we are ready to train more women upon request globally.
