From garden to dish project, introducing culinary arts to gardening and public health. Students from the networks Culinary Arts class were taught about food deserts and health disparities, while looking at ways they can contribute to improving current outcomes. They discuss ways to grow their food for their healthy culinary dishes, as they were taught seeding and plant beginning skills throughout the semester.
