The Problem
The Long Beach Poly Green Team is a food waste reduction program at Long Beach Polytechnic High School, designed to reduce food waste on the Long Beach Poly campus. Our wish is that through our program, we will be able to eliminate large amounts of food being wasted in our high school. Additionally, we hope that through our hard work and endeavors, we will be able to encourage other high schools to start their own food reduction program.
