The Problem
Our wish for this project was to help the less privileged youth who live in community orphanages. We chose three orphanages to be the center of our project.
Our Plan
We will start by advertising for this food drive in our school newsletter, posters, and by visiting each classroom. Then, we will have children bring non-perishable foods to their classes. We are aware that not many people are motivated to donate food, so we will host a pizza party for the class that has the most weight of food per student. At the end of the month, we will collect and weigh the food to determine the winner and deliver the food to the local orphanages.
