The Problem
KYE-YAC's goal is to engage the community in working with the First Step Foundation to help them in their quest to improve the quality of life for disabled children.
Our Plan
We will work to engage a broad range of our community and have them participate in several of events aimed at supporting First Step. Our favorite event is "Walk A Mile In My Shoes." A participant learns what it is like to live with a disability for a day. We will speak to audiences to promote First Step and their mission. Our goal is to engage and educate as many people in our community as possible about First Step and the important work they do with disabled kids in our area.
