A lack of access to fresh fruits and vegetables.
Our Plan
Students will start seeds in recycled containers that will be donated to families who have space for small gardens. Students will research how best to grow each plant, so that when families come to pick up a donation of plants, they will be able to teach the families how to care for them. This will increase access to fresh food for families in need and will educate families on how to grow their own vegetables.
