Our Plan
I plan to educate my community about the importance of understanding excessive erosion of waterway sediments through community events, online outreach, the creation of a girl scout patch, and sponsoring/hosting events that take action to prevent further erosion on local beaches. Because of an oceanography camp at USF, personal research, and experiences in my life, I plan to educate people on and prevent excessive erosion before it causes irreversible issues/losses, and also hope to inspire an interest in other people to help solve this issue or spread its outreach.
