The Problem
To help the children understand how planting a garden benefits the human & animal community as well as the environment.
Our Plan
We will do soil test, record observations about the growing conditions and select plants based on the results of both. We will make regular observations of the garden so that the children can experience all stages of growth. We will study seeds, roots and sprouts under a dissecting scope and talk about how Roots and Shoots is like what we observe in nature.
