The Problem

To aid in holding a week at our high school dedicated to enlightening others on the value and importance of diversity in our community. The theme specifically for this year is how diversity and inclusion lead to innovation in the modern world.

Our Plan

Roots & Shoots will aid in advertising and suggest possible speakers for the main hosts of this event, the Diversity Awareness Club. We will also organize and participate in some of the presentations.
