The Problem
In this project, I wish to clean up the excessive amount of litter surrounding an environmentally sensitive habitat. The ecosystem in question is bordered by the Travis County Audubon Society nature reserve, which is home to species of endangered birds that rely on an environment not disturbed by anthropogenic factors. I have found a surprising amount of non compostable waste surrounding the area, some of which has already made its way inside the nature reserve.
