The Problem

A lack of localized compost locations in South LA and in the Watts Community

Our Plan

We are planning to open 3 additional food scraps drop off locations in partnership with local community gardens. Currently our student group is based out of Fremont HS which currently has a large garden, orchard and composting operation. Our students want to replicate this project across South LA and Watts.
