The Problem
Education: People need to know that cigarette filters are made of plastic and don't biodegrade. Also, they are toxic environmental bombs for 50 cancer causing chemicals, the biggest being lead, cadmium and arsenic.
Our Plan
Hello! What can we do but pick up the dropped butts and remind people, smokers, to use the pilot program cigarette butt canisters put up in Sunset/Parkside/Richmond.
