The Problem
The club members realized that there is always an excess of candies after Halloween that usually goes to waste because parents do not allow children to eat so many candies or because of allergies or simply because there’s were bought in excess. Many of our troops overseas are having homesickness and would be very helpful for them to recieved candies from us.
