The Problem
Our wish for this event is to raise awareness of what is in our phones, help people understand the environmental impacts of electronics, and encourage our community to reduce consumption of and recycle electronics.
Our Plan
We will host an "Urban Mining" Workshop at Barnes and Noble to raise awareness of the Jane Gooddall Institute and our Roots and Shoots program. We will be fundraising for Camp Friendship, so more kids can connect with nature and grow up to be responsible, conscious stewards of this Earth.
