To brighten the day of the teachers and staff at my school, my Roots & Shoots club will have the student body fill out anonymous kind notes/compliments to then give to the teachers and staff at our school to show our appreciation for all their hard work. By doing so, my Roots & Shoots club will be promoting feelings of care and support in our school community.
Our project will make our teachers and staff at school feel appreciated by sending them anonymous compliments and kind notes. What we will do is create heart shaped decorative slips of paper and during lunch for a couple days in our student center, have the student body write notes to the different staff members. Roots & Shoots members will organize, review, and deliver the notes to the beneficiary staff members.
