The Problem
We want to eliminate the litter of hundreds of bottles in the drainage ditch behind our school. We want to discover where the bottles came from and how so many bottles ended up in this one area. We also want to learn how the pollution in the ditch affects the local watershed and animals. Our short term goal is to clean up the ditch and recycle the bottles. Our long term goal is to prevent large scale littering in the future.
