The Problem

We took over the school bottle & can recycling. We are cashing in our recycled materials to support 2 organizations. One builds houses in Guatemala the other buys LIFE straw and/or builds wells in areas that have had disaster issues. We are also launching a bottle free campus program. trying to replace drinking fountains with hydration stations for refilling refillable containers.

Our Plan

We have started collecting the recyclables and arranging to start cashing them in. A letter writing campaign and presentations are being planned on the dangers and costs of using bottled water as well as informing the community on plans to replace the drinking fountains with hydration statins
