The Problem

Our Pet Care Technician students are volunteer-interns at many NYC animal facilities. One of them is New Beginnings Animal Rescue, located in the Bronx. They rely solely on donations. My students want to create beautiful posters and an outdoor vinyl sign that would make the rescue stand out. Also, they want to create pamphlets for visitors and potential volunteers.

Our Plan

We will have the students meet with the owner and manager to discuss what important information needs to go on the material. We will meet as a group to discuss the layout and creative design on the material and sign. The Instructor will take the rough draft and make a beautiful and professional sign on Photoshop and we will use the grant to produce them :)
