The Problem

We are planning to establish an "Edible Schoolyard" at Skiatook High School. This project will launch our student-led initiative to increase the availability of organic fruits and vegetables for our students. Phase one will include the planting of as many thornless blackberry bushes as we can.

Our Plan

"Basicly Blackberies" is the first phase of establishing our school's Edible Schoolyard. As we secure funding, we are going to incorporate as many edible plants and fruit/nut trees as possible. This project will transforming the sterile academic landscape into a vibrant organic food oasis.
