The Problem
In our community we have a nonprofit organization called Abilis, that helps people with a variety of developmental disabilities live normal lives with access to important resources and programs. Every year Abilis holds a fundraising walk where the community gets involved and everyone walks together in support of those with developmental disabilities. I wanted my Roots & Shoots club to participate at the event as volunteers and participants in support of this important cause.
