The Problem
We wish to educate the public, especially the young in our community, about Earth Day. We hope to bring awareness about the environment, and about reducing, re-using, and recycling.
Our Plan
We aim to accomplish our goals by creating an activity book for young children. This activity book, created by members, will be engaging and fun, filled with puzzles, games, and important facts. We hope to pass out these activity books by setting up a booth at the city's annual Earth Day Festival. To attract people to come up to our booth, we will create an Earth Day Ball Game where young children playing will get an activity book and all children and winners will also get a globe key chain.
