The Problem

Our project aimed to strengthen our community and share time with our pets. Participants paid an entry fee and participated in raffles that raised $418 and benefited three local organizations: Buddy Dog Humane Society (buddydoghs.com), Phinney's Friends (phinneysfriends.org) help people take care of pets in time of crisis) and Grassroots Wildlife Conservation (grassrootswildlife.org).

Our Plan

CMS Pet Palooza: the sponsored organizations have a table at the event with volunteers. CMS students invited to bring dogs and participate in dog shows. Teachers judge. More info here http://animalsandplanet.weebly.com/.
