The Problem
Many students have limited structured opportunities to develop leadership skills, ethical responsibility, and meaningful community engagement within their school environment. While academic learning is strong, there is often a gap in organized platforms that cultivate compassion, cooperation, and global awareness among youth. As a result, students may lack confidence, civic responsibility, and practical experience in leading positive change within their community.
Our Plan
We plan to establish a structured student leadership group that meets monthly to develop ethical leadership skills, compassion, and community responsibility. The group will organize guided discussions on civic values, teamwork, and global citizenship, along with practical school-based initiatives that strengthen cooperation and service. Student members will take on defined roles, participate in public speaking activities, and collaborate on small community-enhancing projects within the school. All activities will be documented to ensure accountability, continuity, and measurable growth.
