The Problem

Young people everywhere are struggling with their mental health, yet stigma and silence keep far too many from getting the support they need. Suicide is one of the leading causes of death among youth, despite being one of the most preventable. When mental health challenges go unspoken, they can grow heavier, leaving students feeling isolated and alone. The world needs safe, compassionate spaces where young people can share their experiences, learn coping strategies, and feel supported.

Our Plan

This project seeks to create peer support groups in schools and communities that normalize conversations about mental health. These groups will focus on kindness, mindfulness, and community building, giving youth the tools to care for themselves and one another. Through guided discussions, mindfulness activities, and peer-led initiatives, the goal is to turn silence into dialogue and stigma into understanding.
