The Problem

I am addressing the lack of awareness and understanding about tiger conservation among young people. Many threats to tigers are driven by human actions and decisions. I know this is a problem because scientists and conservation organizations have shown that long-term conservation success depends not only on protecting habitats, but also on educating communities and future generations. Without public understanding and support, conservation efforts cannot be sustained.

Our Plan

As part of this project, I have taken and will continue to take several actions, including: -Designing and delivering educational presentations about tiger conservation -Working with schools to conduct interactive workshops and activities -Creating virtual “Tiger Talks” sessions for students in different locations -Writing and developing a children’s book series about tiger conservation -Encouraging students to take conservation pledges and complete awareness projects -Developing a Youth Conservation Ambassador program to promote peer-led advocacy -Sharing educational resources with families and communities
