We would like fix the loss of the cecropia moth and the monarch butterfly.
Our Plan
We are a Montessori school in Lafayette Colorado for children 1 -6 years old. We would like to plant milkweed to attract the cecropia moth and the monarch butterfly. We have a location, just outside our playground gate. We plan to plant several plants and add irrigation. Our goal is to see both the cecropia moth and the monarch butterfly on the plants. We are planting outside the playground in case some students are allergic to milkweed.
