The Problem

Many young people feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed at school or home, and there aren’t always enough safe spaces or activities to help them manage their mental health. This can affect friendships, learning, and overall well-being.

Our Plan

We will create a mental health awareness campaign that encourages simple, daily mindfulness and kindness activities. This can include: Sharing tips, quotes, or activities online via a social media account (Pinterest, Instagram, or TikTok). Encouraging classmates to do small acts of kindness or mindfulness exercises. Keeping a log of engagement and reflections on what worked well.
