We will create a mental health awareness campaign that encourages simple, daily mindfulness and kindness activities. This can include: Sharing tips, quotes, or activities online via a social media account (Pinterest, Instagram, or TikTok). Encouraging classmates to do small acts of kindness or mindfulness exercises. Keeping a log of engagement and reflections on what worked well.
