The Problem
We want to address the always growing sense of burnout, disconnect, and loss of hope that many people experience in the face of global crises, social fragmentation, and everyday pressures.

Inspired by Brantley Ellzey’s "Love Notes", this project will compile 92 visual representations of “what keeps us going,” with pieces centered around the small, mundane, or unassuming things that quietly pull us back from loss of hope. I've done a project for Dr. Jane Goodall's birthday every year since 2021 and I hope for this last one to celebrate both the diversity and universality of the human experience. It will be shared primarily as a digital resource, but the project also lends itself to an in-person exhibition if this can be developed.
