The Problem

Oil spills are a huge problem; they affect marine life and do not go away unless we clean it.

Our Plan

Hair can absorb oil up to 5 times its own weight. This concept can be used to clean oil spills in an environmentally friendly way instead of using harsh chemicals. We will collect pet hair from grooming places and turn them into hair mats and donate them to oil spill cleanup organizations.
