David is a resolute advocate for migrant rights and community empowerment through service.
One of David’s key initiatives is co-organizing an Immigration Accompaniment Center, which provides ESL classes and legal support for asylum seekers.
David has delivered powerful speeches about social justice at national conferences. He also leads Roots & Shoots projects that address coastal clean-ups and the global migration crisis.
Beyond his advocacy work, David is a passionate performer in musical theater, a leader in speech and debate, and an avid writer of poetry and journalism. He finds joy in exploring music, family traditions, and cultural connections.
