That is a really good idea! So just to make sure I’m completely understanding do you mean writing it for our own sake, just like to research and then write it down, or did you mean to show or send to someone else to inform them about the problem? Do some research and find 2 foods that have palm oil, then stop eating them for at least 2 weeks! (Or if you can, stop eating them for longer, maybe even stop eating them for good!)

Write to (mailing or emailing) a company that uses palm oil in their products. Explain to them why palm oil is bad and ask them to stop using it!
