Do some research and find 2 foods that have palm oil, then stop eating them for at least 2 weeks! (Or if you can, stop eating them for longer, maybe even stop eating them for good!)

Write to (mailing or emailing) a company that uses palm oil in their products. Explain to them why palm oil is bad and ask them to stop using it!
