Those are both awesome topics and causes of interest. I’d love to form a project around veganism. I live in an ‘almost vegan’ household and we are heading more and more to being full vegans. Maybe you could share some of your favorite recipes with me/us! I think this could be a fun project to take part in!

That is amazing! Some of my favorite vegan foods are Violife cheeses and JUST vegan egg! Earth balance and Tofuti also have great foods!

Yes, palm oil is cheaper than other oils. Some companies use sustainable palm oil that supposedly isn’t grown in a place where rainforests were cut down, but often the “sustainable” palm oil actually has some sustainable palm oil and some palm oil that isn’t sustainable. We made our own ‘Reese’s’ Peanut Butter Bars recently! Many peanut butters contain palm oil (often labelled as vegetable oil) so we make our own peanut butter. We used palm oil free chocolate and it was delicious!
