Francis Magai

I’m a young farmer, educator, musician, and educator.  I grew up in the lovely city of Troy, NY. After many years away from the area, I have returned, and am currently enrolled in a local community college, where I am enjoying my course of study in Environmental Sciences.

I have helped run my family’s small homestead for as long as I can remember. I continue to help out, and do a significant amount of the food-growing work, even though I recently moved to my own house a couple miles away. I also am doing some small-scale farming at my new house. I look forward to expanding the homesteads at both locations, especially in the vein of food forests and other forms of perennial agriculture.
