Do some research and find 2 foods that have palm oil, then stop eating them for at least 2 weeks! (Or if you can, stop eating them for longer, maybe even stop eating them for good!)

Write to (mailing or emailing) a company that uses palm oil in their products. Explain to them why palm oil is bad and ask them to stop using it! Yes, palm oil is cheaper than other oils. Some companies use sustainable palm oil that supposedly isn’t grown in a place where rainforests were cut down, but often the “sustainable” palm oil actually has some sustainable palm oil and some palm oil that isn’t sustainable. We made our own ‘Reese’s’ Peanut Butter Bars recently! Many peanut butters contain palm oil (often labelled as vegetable oil) so we make our own peanut butter. We used palm oil free chocolate and it was delicious!

Maybe we can write about palm oil and how we can help stop the cutting down the rain forest.
That is a really good idea! So just to make sure I’m completely understanding do you mean writing it for our own sake, just like to research and then write it down, or did you mean to show or send to someone else to inform them about the problem?
