I’m on the RSYC (a council of roots and shoots leaders) and we just had our 2021 virtual summit! It was incredible, (you can check it out on youtube if you’d like) and we learned about soil regeneration. Would anyone be interested in including that as a focus in our next project, while connecting it to food waste?
