This is our fourth craft of our year long mission to establish an after school craft program for a non-profit organization whose mission is to equip homeless families to rebuild their lives by providing transitional housing and a restoration program especially designed for homeless families with children.
Now that we have an established relationship, we noticed that although the organization has several raised planter beds, they are not currently using the space. So, we collected egg cartons and planted vegetable seedlings which will be planted several weeks from now. We also will paint tin cans and use them to plant succulents for gifts.
