Our Plan
Make a workshop for people to attend during the International Peace Conference (14 Feburary 2025) to learn how to apply the Roots & Shoots fornula, to make noticable and meaningfukl impact in their area. All sorts of people attended, students from Italy, represnetaives of other schools in the region, teachers, and the Head of College of UWC Maastricht. They all learned how to apply the formula in thier field of work to make change.

Here is how the project went:
It went really well. We had students from Italy, the head of college of United World College Maastricht, teachers, and representatives from other schools around the region learn and explore how they can apply the Roots & Shoots ofrmula to their role.
Through this project I/we learned:
We learned that the roots & shoots formula can be applied to people who want CHANGE no matter their current working backround.
What I/we might change:
We would make it more interesting and more engaging.
My/our favorite part of this project was:
Being able to work with different people from different jobs and countires.

One tip is to share past examples of how the formula was applied, and the result of it, so that people can get a better understanding on how to apply the formula.
