The Problem

Today we spend too much time inside buildings, completely disconnecting ourselves from reality and nature.

Our Plan

Go outside to your patio, visit a garden, hike in a forest, hike up a mountain, spend a day at the beach. Connect with nature and share your nature and wildlife photographs. Note: If you are a minor, do not go out without your parents and always stay close to them.

Here is how the project went:

Managed to get a couple close up of images of flowers before the rain started (my camera isn't weather proof).

Through this project I/we learned:

Nailing a shot of a small subject using a large aperture is challenging and I had to take multiple shots at varied distances.

What I/we might change:

Try different lens, lens configuration and place the camera on a tripod.

My/our favorite part of this project was:

Both the experience of going around looking for flowers and the end result (the images).

Some tips, tricks or fun facts about the project:

A real photography camera is unmatched by phones. Learn how to shoot in manual mode. I used a Canon T-100 with kit lens.
