We want people to see and appreciate insects, spiders, birds and squirrels (aka urban wildlife) as important parts of our ecosystems. We also want people to feel empowered that they can contribute to science and find solutions for problems through community science activities.
We encourage people to explore the grounds of the South Dakota Discovery Center, including our pollinator gardens, and to add photos of the insects, spiders, birds and squirrels they see to iNaturalist.
