Roots & Shoots History: Three years with Roots & Shoots
Shrida is a senior in Lafayette, California. This is her second year on the National Youth Leadership Council. Shrida’s favorite Roots & Shoots project is creating and donating hygiene kits because it allowed her to serve her community. In addition to her work with Roots & Shoots, she volunteers through Assisteens and plays on her high school basketball team. In her spare time, Shrida like to relax with a book, a new baking challenge, or Netflix.
