Roots & Shoots Group: Roots & Shoots Desert Harmony
Hannah is a junior in Tucson, Arizona. This is her second year with the National Youth Leadership Council. Hannah’s favorite Roots & Shoots project is Notes of Hope Youth, a group of students who visit nursing homes and host concerts for seniors. Because it both allows for music students to acquire more performance experience and also benefits the senior community. Hannah is very interested in learning about animal extinction and global warming. When she is not spreading awareness about vegetarianism, and coral bleaching, Hannah plays the violin and is a part of two orchestras.
