Anyone up for a field trip? We will be dropping off our care packages to Save the Chimps this Friday, August 4th. The sanctuary is closed to the public so we will only be dropping off our gifts and leaving the sanctuary. Nearby there is Oxbow EcoCenter. For those local to the River Center, you may remember their longtime environmental educator. She’s now at Oxbow! We will be going for a visit and then for lunch at a vegan cafe up that way. We might also stop by the beach! If you’re up for a drive and an adventure, please join us! I am so excited to be handing over all the wonderful gift bags we’ve put together for the chimps!
