Norah Hess

Ever since I was little I’ve always loved helping my community, especially when it involves my passion for nature and animals. I’ve realized how fortunate I am to have a great education and keep learning about the things that interest me like nature, animals, and science. I’m in my middle years of high school and have done a lot of tutoring in Spanish and am taking classes about animal sciences. I grew up speaking both English and Spanish and have really grown to appreciate how much I can do with speaking different languages, especially when it comes to connecting with people from other places or cultures. I enjoy working in a team setting, learning new things, meeting new people and collaborating to solve problems! I’m so excited to join Roots and Shoots and make the world just a little bit better of a place!
