Protect The Earth+ 3 years agoHi, I live in Austin, and there’s this place right outside of Austin that have these really amazing asian elephants, but there making them do tricks, and shows for people. All the trainers have a bullock in their hand, which they refer to as a “guide” for the elephants. I really want to help the elephants, but I’m not sure how. Any ideas???

Okay,first you’ve GOT to spread awareness to people and talk about it as much as possible and post it on social media. Once people know,the animal lovers will do all they can to save them. Try to raise money with some good people interested and try to help the elephants.

I thought about what you and one other Roots and Shoot group said about the issue, and I came with a plan. First I’ll spread awareness, like you said. Great idea!! There is a group called wildlife sos (they have offices in USA too). They help elephants so maybe they can help. You can contact them on Facebook or email them. Good luck!

Hi there! Sorry about the time to respond, but I would like to add that I am also a growing child, and have been vegan for years! Being vegan has been linked to decreases in the risk of heart disease and cancer, among many other things, so perhaps being both a growing child and a vegan is the best way to go.
