Food Waste Fighters 4 years, 2 months agoI’m on the RSYC (a council of roots and shoots leaders) and we just had our 2021 virtual summit! It was incredible, (you can check it out on youtube if you’d like) and we learned about soil regeneration. Would anyone be interested in including that as a focus in our next project, while connecting it to food waste?

I actually started composting in my yard last summer and have continued doing it this summer so it gave me a good look into how much food we really throw away! NO PLASTIC. Don’t buy any plastic water bottles, bring your own that is reusable and NOT PLASTIC! Such as at school. You can bring your own bottle and other places instead of plastic bottles.-
Great idea! We should do things such as using beeswax wrap instead of plastic wrap and using reusable bags instead of plastic when buying groceries, as well 🙂

Great! I really agree! I have many reusable ones, so I basically never use plastic! But, when I do, I always make sure to reuse the plastic!
