Biography

I’m Kemba Nefertiti Jaramogi, a Global Shaper, an Environmentalist, Youth Activist and Technical Director of the Fondes Amandes Community Reforestation Project in Trinidad and Tobago. Since the age of 9 I have been active in conservation work, primarily in the field of reforestation, forest fire prevention, forest fire suppression as well as environmental education for all age groups. March 4th, 2021 I participated in the Global Shapers Meet the Leader Session with Dr. Jane Goodall and it was most inspiring and encourage. I would like to partner with “Roots&shoots” with the aim of amplifying the call for eco-conscious as well as getting more young people from my country involved.
