Hello! My name is Karina Alos. A wandering island girl born and raised in San Juan, PR. While finishing my studies and pursuing acting at Fordham University in New York City. I stumbled upon yoga as a healing tool (emotionally and physically). Years later I decided to become a yoga teacher. That’s where the quest began. I am now a traveling yoga and English teacher aiming to empower adults and kids to re connect with themselves and the environment.
