Julian learned about Roots & Shoots via his parents who saw Jane Goodall speak this Fall at King’s Theater. Julian is fascinated by taking care of the natural world and problem solving to make a difference to his peers, community and everyone’s future on our planet. His school hosts a Green Environmental Activism Club and brainstorms projects within the school to larger scale projects that affect the community to global scale projects. Last Winter the school hosted a Green Festival including letter writing to reps regarding climate change. Julian helped create an Earth mailbox to post the letters.
