Helga Caballero Quiroz
Mexican biologist graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, she has a master’s degree in Sciences with a specialty in Biotic Resources. He has 20 years of experience in the environmental area. She was deputy director of the Environmental Impact area in a Private Consultant. She participated as an associate researcher in ecology and conservation studies, and in recent years she has developed different activities related to Environmental Education and Dissemination and Communication of Science. His main experience is the development and execution of Environmental Education and Awareness programs focused on Conservation. He has also contributed to the review and design of textbooks for the subjects of Biology, Ecology and Environmental Education at the secondary level for the Ministry of Public Education (SEP) and private publishers. He has teaching experience at middle and higher levels, and has participated as a speaker at different national and international conferences on the History of Science, Environmental Education and Conservation of Natural Resources. For 8 years she has been carrying out a science program at the basic level which includes practical projects that involve children in their own learning.
